Full Review

The Voltaic Systems solar power backpack was designed to power your mobile electronics while  you’re on the go. The backpack generates plenty of green energy using its multiple solar cells placed on the rear of the backpack, and wires are snaked through the backpack’s lining to multiple pouches, which are designed to carry everything from mobile cell phones to MP3 players. The backpack is made of tough, high-quality nylon, which makes it a perfect fit for everything from hiking to simply using it as a student to carry your books and laptop.

The backpack efficiently charges your electronic devices by using the sun’s energy. The solar panels on the rear of the backpack capture sunlight and transfer the power to all of your electronic devices which are plugged in, allowing you to use them without draining the battery, and even charging it while you use it. When your devices are not plugged in, the backpack stores the power captured in an internal battery, allowing you to still use it to charge your devices at night or when it’s cloudy.

What’s great about the Voltaic Systems backpack is that it comes with a detachable sleeve to accommodate a wide screen notebook up to 17 inches, larger than many other solar backpacks on the market. The solar panels are incredibly durable, and actually act as a type of armor to protect your mobile electronics inside. It  has large, 1,850 cubic inches of storage space and comes with a set of 11 adapters that let you connect the Voltaic System’s backpack to multiple electronic devices.

Here is what a customer had to say about the Voltaic Solar Panel Backpack:

I’ve had my Voltaic Systems backpack for several months now, and I take it with me wherever I go. As a solar electrician I can tell when a solar product is for real, and this bag has already paid for itself. The difference in this bag to the discerning solar backpack customer is that it really does work. As opposed to many of the cheaper products that have a tiny solar panel where you have to spend at least 5-10 hours in full sunshine in order to charge your phone. This backpack comes with 4 watts of high efficiency solar panels and a whopping 2,800 milliamphours of battery storage. I can safely get 2-3 cell phone charges directly from my Voltaic battery per charge, and it charges up at almost the same rate as it would from an AC wall socket.
